How to order

There are many different designs to choose from on the CocoCards website, classic designs, funky designs, innovative designs, but still if there is not the right card for you or say for example you want a birthday card as a christening invite just email me and I will put together a design just right for you.

STEP 1 – Choose a card

Choose a card from the many designs. Click on the card for more details.

STEP 2 - Personalise

Click on ‘personalise and purchase’ just above the prices

  • Add your photo if required.
  • You can add a few photos if you are not sure which one to use and I will send you a few proofs to review.
  • The photo should be about 1mb – please see my photo tips section for more information (click here photo tips )
  • Add your personal details.
  • If you want any changes to the wording, please just add this to the special instructions section
  • If you want the card in a different colour or a different font, please just add this to the special instructions section
  • Please note for twins and triplets, please add the second babies details to the special instructions section as currently updating my website to add more personalisation fields

STEP 3 – Select quantity

All my cards come with a white envelope as standard, or you can make the invites or announcements extra special by ordering hand lined envelopes.

So please add the no of cards you require to the basket, using the drop down box, if you want the standard cards please just use option 1, if you want hand lined envelopes please use option 2

STEP 4 – Payment now or pay after receiving email proof

  • Review your shopping basket
  • Fill in where you heard about CocoCards from – once this has been entered the payment option pops up
  • Pay via paypal or via the secure paypal site using your credit or debit card.
  • OR you can choose to pay later, by clicking on the email me a proof now link, I will then send you the email proof before you buy.
  • If you pay first you do get priority when receiving proofs and if you do not like your email proof you will receive a full refund.

STEP 5 – Email proof

As soon as I have received your order I will design the card for you and send you a proof via your email.

Email proofs are normally sent to you within a few hours of ordering (during working hours).

I never send a card to the printers until you are totally happy with the design, this may mean one proof or even 17, yes once I did 17 proofs!

STEP 6 – Printing and posting

The cards are sent to the printers once I have received confirmation that the email proof is perfect, they are then posted by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, or by UPS at an additional cost of £4.

FAQ’s

Why do I not get an online proof before I pay for my cards?

I decided not to do this as each card is so individual, I crop, resize photos, ensure spacing is correct between lines, even suggest a new design if the photo does not quite work.

If you are not happy about paying before receiving a proof, please just email me (info@cococards.co.uk) with your requirements and I will send you a proof before you commit to buy.

Can I have matching thank you cards or order of service etc?

If you would like thank you cards, menus, order of service, table plans, name cards etc to match your cards please just email me and I will send you proofs and prices.
