What do you charge for postage and packaging?  We use UPS next day delivery for all UK orders, this costs £4.50 however big or small the order is, for ROW and Europe we send our cards by Royal Mail special delivery, the price for this depends on how many cards you are ordering.

Can I change the wording on the cards?  Yes, we can make changes, please add your request to the comments box on the personalisation page, the wording is there as an example.

Can I change the font and colours on the cards?  Yes, it is possible to change some of the colours and fonts depending on the design of the card, add your request to the comments box on the personalisation page. The designer will need to ensure that the look of the card is not altered in a detrimental way. The designer will discuss this with you.

Can I have bespoke design?  Yes, we offer a service for individual designs, please contact us via email and we can discuss this with you. The charge will be dependent on the time involved with your chosen design.

Can I use, for example,  a baby shower design for a birth announcement?  Yes, of course you can please contact us and we will arrange this for you at no extra cost.

Can I have my envelopes addressed by you?  Yes, we can do this, the charge is 30p per card. Your address list will be held securely on our database until the cards have been posted and then it will be deleted. We adhere to the data protection act, so there addresses will not be used in any way other than sending your card.

Can I have the envelopes sent to me before the birth of my child?  Yes, for an extra postage charge we will send you the envelopes in advance so that you can fill out all the addresses in advance, and be very organised before the birth of your baby.

Will you send me a sample? Yes, we can send samples of our cards, please send an email to us to request this.

Is there a minimum order? Yes, the minimum order is 25, this is due to the time taken to personalise your design .

Can I reorder later?  Yes, we keep all designs on file, the cost will be discussed individually for providing more prints. Please contact us.

How do I know if my photo is right for the cards?  Please look at the designs on the website and you will see what type of photos works well, please see photo tips page for more information. We will also contact you if we feel that the photo would not look right in the card.

What type of payments do you accept?  We accept credit card and debit card by paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay this way.
